General Entry Rules
Laugh Out Loud kids playground is an unsupervised play area. Parents and guardians must supervise their children at all times. Parents/guardians are responsible for their children's safety at all times and will be asked to sign a liability waiver form from upon admission.

Laugh Out Loud kids playground is not responsible for any injuries or any lost items.

For your safety, security cameras are installed around the facility.

No shoes, slippers, or bare-feet please. ONLY SOCKS are allowed in our facility. (Kids/Adults socks are available to purchase in our front desk for $3.00/pair).

We are a nut/peanut FREE facility, Please don’t bring any outside foods containing peanuts or nuts. We try our best to keep our playground nut free but we cannot make any guarantees.

No takeout, or restaurant food allowed.(e.g. Tim Hortons, McDonald, Popeyes, Subway etc.)

Easy non-greasy and nut free snacks allowed (e.g. fruit, chips and toddler snacks.)

No food, drinks, or gum are allowed in any play or matted areas.

No piñatas, gum, candy or popcorn are allowed in the facility. Food must remain in the party rooms or in the Cafe seating area.

Ensure that you and your children are free of illness.

No delivery food to front desk.

We DO NOT allow any group, small or large, to have a birthday party without making a reservation at our facility.

Laugh Out Loud kids playground reserves the right to refuse admittance or ask you and your child to leave if equipment is being used improperly or your play is unsafe or disrespectful to others.

Strollers are prohibited from being taken into the play area.

Children must go feet first down the slide, one child at a time. No climbing or pulling on the netting.

Laugh out loud indoor playground is not responsible for any lost or stolen property. Laugh out loud is not liable for any property damage or personal injury to any child or third party resulting from participation in any or all activities at Laugh out loud indoor playground.
Party Rules

A $150.00 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit per public party ($500 per private party) is required for booking. Upgrading of packages is allowed, subject to availability – however NO downgrading is allowed for any packages.

All parties are 2.5 hours with private party room

Please note that the time period of 2.5 hours is strictly followed. Any time taken BEYOND the 2.5 hours will require additional charges.

No balloons, pictures or other items are to be taped to the walls in the party rooms.

Outside/Take out food is allowed, please see staffs for details.

Food containing peanuts or nuts of any kind is prohibited.

No piñatas, gum, candy or popcorn allowed. No face painting.

We offer special decoration service upon request. Extra cost applies.

All party guests must remain inside the party rooms to eat.

Laugh Out Loud kids playground reserves the right to refuse or cancel your party anytime if it is not in compliance to Laugh Out Loud's Policies.
